About Angel Blush Angel Blush launched in 2018 as Thierry Mugler's lighter reading of the original Angel, the cult gourmand that defined an era. Perfumer Quentin Bisch stripped back the heaviness and introduced something airier and more floral. Enough of the Angel lineage remains that it feels like a genuine relative rather than a reinvention. The target is anyone who finds the original too dense. Pale rose. That's the one change to the iconic star-shaped flacon, a quiet nod to what came before. Fragrance Family: Floral Fruity Scent Type: Soft, fruity, floral, lightly musky Notes: Peony and rose form the emotional core here, feminine without tipping into the sentimental or overdone. The dry-down is where the Angel lineage shows most clearly: white musk and sandalwood carry a trace of patchouli, softened well past the original's darker, more resinous edge. Up front, bergamot and raspberry bring enough tartness to keep the sweetness honest. Suggested Use Spring and summer suit Angel Blush best. In warmer months, the raspberry and peony read as genuinely light rather than cloying. Two sprays to the wrists and the base of the neck is plenty. The white musk takes a few hours to fully settle against skin, and that mid-dry-down phase is the most rewarding part of wearing it.
